We have the service rule to control our client and prevent a client has the opportunity to break or criminal offenses under domestic legislation or the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 which had the effect date since July 18, 2007. Domain Name Condition

1. The user must provide the truth information, including available address and Email for verification in personal identity.
2. The user is not authorized to use the domain name to file or URL forwarding up to send or refer as the illegal information from the law of the Kingdom of Thailand, the Computer Crime Act BE 2550. Behaviors such as the hacker/cracker information, the credit phishing, obscene, the information is not owned in the registration or depends on the others, and, etc.
3. The domain registration will handle especially for domain registering. Any damages occurred under the domain registration will be the responsibility of user.
4. In the matter of dispute of the domain ownership between the user with third-party, we will assume the information in the registration form. If the user wants to transfer the owner, please follow the domain owner transferring regulation.
5. If we found any user break or act as the conflict to our company regulation or the Computer Crime Act, or use the domain name to make the illegal to the law of the country, we will immediately determinate the register without any notices. The register will not obtain any refund.

Hosting Condition

1. You agree to shall not arrogate the delusive informations to identify yourself with our services. If we find any untruth informations, we will immediately suspend all of service without any notice to you.
2. You agree to shall not own, send, save, publish, or generate a link to violate the Law of Kingdom of Thailand, kind of breach the The Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550, including with any forbidden information tracks (Hacker/Cracker), phishings, obscene, arrogate proprietary rights, or any damage informations to others.
3. You agree to shall not do any permissions to violate any laws, especially for pirate (Pirated Software, MP3, etc.), website which downloads any files relates with legal, and illegal, including with the other illegal files, MP3, Software, VDO&Voice Clips, Music Online either legal or illegal which relate above. Any website relate to violating the Nation, Religion, the King, or breach the mores, tradition, custom, and morality of Thailand. Any website which contains with the obscene, indecent, sex, or unlawful informations, including web-link which switches to any obscene websites. You agree to shall be solely responsible to any incrimination damages. Our company will not be part of any illegal, which subjected by you.
4. We are able to suspend any Scripts, which had not been conducted long time and further by owner, the Scripts which also run the damage for system or other users. If we found any Script is related above or some user notifies about a damage script, we will immediately suspend it.
5. You agree to shall not send Spam-Email in Spamming form(Unsolicited e-mail) or others we determine they annoying receiver, damage to either other user or server system, or destroy any part of the system resources more than 10% in whole 24 hours. We will absolutely punish to the Sniffing users. You shall not import the outside program to run in our internal system, include the irc, eggdrop, backdoor shell, Proxy/VPN,Proxy, Bittorrent Client,Bittorrent Tracker, Torrentflux, or other programs and any websites which run peer to peer program. We will immediately suspend any illegal websites after finding without any notices and refunds or installation service charges. Moreover, we will be part of law cooperation to forward the institute criminal proceedings.
6. You shall not accuse or proceed any criminal to us for any cause of damage apart form our responsibilities.
7. We provide the general services appropriate for customer, but we are irresponsible for any user damages or data lost. The entire backup data will not be confirmed that they will complete, and correct. Every informations or data which user has done by self, even if import into server or add informations such as any E-mail or database are subjected to user responsibilities, we are not being part in any of missions.
8. You agree to make prepay as the number of ordering, and keep paying on time before catch the expired date, and agree that if the payment is not continuing, we are able to suspend within 5 weekdays after the expiration, more than 15-day neglect, we will abort that license after then. The abandonment will not get any refund, unless user notifies us the cancel 30 days after first date has been serving, the entire payment will be refunded exclude the installation service charge.
9. You have read and accepted entire of this agreement and require for service.
10. We are able to change or improve any content in this agreement by underneath of lawful and policy purpose without prior notice, but we will notify the users within 30 days after released the changing.
11. We have 30-day refund guarantee after activated web hosting service with us, if you are not satisfied in our product.

Onther service conditions.

1. The SiamInterHost.com technical support works to support customer in technical question and solution under the SiamInterHost.com products on both email and phone without any charges. User agrees to shall not compose the question apart from our products and make duplicated mail (Spamming) to www.SiamInterHost.com
2. Termination SiamInterHost.com has the right to terminate any services in case client violates the conditions. Any damages belong to the client violation to the agreement, all responsibilities will be responded by the client. SiamInterHost.com has the right to ruin the content in any inappropriate and illegal website without notice to the owner. The client is able to terminate the service by stating the intention to us at least 7 days to Support@SiamInterHost.com. The legal person is able to download the termination form here Termination Form, and fax the complete form including with Company Certificate to 0-2912-2565. SiamInterHost.com has the right to do not refund any prepay in part of the condition violation even though the service agreement has not reached the expiry date.

The recommendation and avoidance for the internet user.

1. Do not tell your password to the others.
2. Do not allow the others use your computer or smart phone which you set memorized the username and password.
3. Do not install Wireless LAN at home or company without user and encode verification measure required.
4. Do not access by enetring user ID and password not belong to you.
5. Do not use or disclose user ID and password belong to others.
6. Do not forward the illegal image, text, or animation.
7. Do not choose "remember me" or "remember password" in public computer.
8. Do not make the financial transaction login in the public computer.
9. Do not use free WiFi without information encryption required.
